A foot rest would make it perfect. My toddlers all beg to sit in the top seat and enjoy kicking & dangling their legs for however long. Doesn't recline so when one gets tired the other is very willing to exchange seats. Ultimate big kid seat. Doesn't make my stroller bulkier or heavier my much. My Valco multi passenger puts my BOB single to shame.
